I was picked up by my host, driven around the location and the supermarkets and good eating places were pointed out. The south facing apartment, which had been modernised, was on the top floor of a low rise building in an established area. Two flights of stairs, and along a gated landing passageway led to the balcony and entrance. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos on the web site. The washing machine and fridge freezer, both quiet running, were within the large white units, whilst the small dishwasher machine was under and next to the sink. Ceiling lighting gave the place a bright feel especially against the white walls and units. The lounge Tv could be moved and angled off the wall, and could be viewed from a very comfortable settee, which could be converted into a bed. Everything I needed was to hand, even insect spray. SI had a good two month stay and was sad to leave. My thanks to my hosts from PerfectSTay Tenerife!

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a very well designed complex which includes a super heated pool. It is well designed and fully equipped with everything we needed. It is within easy walking distance of a supermarket and some excellent restaurants on the sea front. The area is very quiet with easy parking. There is a very good restaurant just across the road. It was quite difficult to find by car until we got used to the route. It is quite near to the motorway with access to the rest of the island. The host was very helpful at every stage and we recommend the apartment to anybody who wants a quiet holiday but near to all faculties and the coast.”

What a cracking wee flat, very central, amazing sea views. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need, we were there for 28nights and it had everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron, hairdryer and much much more. The flat itself is very very clean, bright and with modern fixture and fittings. I tried to book it for next year but it’s booked for my dates already, so that speaks volumes for this flat. The hosts from perfectstay were superb the check in and out went very smoothly and they were very helpful with getting us cable tv and setting it up as we were there for a month. I would’nt hesitate to recommend this gem of a flat and would definitely give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
